  • What is the Scott Family Amazeum?

    The Scott Family Amazeum is a museum for children and families! Everything is hands-on and designed to be touched, climbed on, and interacted with.  Exhibits are designed to engage the imagination and to bring art and science to life.

    The Amazeum creates a fun environment where risk-taking, imagining, problem-solving, discovery, collaboration and exploration bring children and adults together to learn and grow.

  • Where are you located?

    We are located at 1009 Museum Way, at the corner of Northeast J Street and Museum Way in Bentonville, AR.

  • What is the admission price to visit?

    Admission price is $12 online and $14 in person for guests ages 2 and over. Children under 2 are admitted free.

  • Are Amazeum memberships available?

    Yes! Memberships are available. All memberships include unlimited admission. For more information and a complete list of membership benefits, click here

  • How big is the Amazeum?

    In addition to approximately 50,000 square feet of interior space, the museum features 1 acre of outdoor space.

  • What can I expect when I visit the Scott Family Amazeum?

    The Scott Family Amazeum aims to create an environment where families have the opportunity to laugh, imagine, play, question, and explore together and that these experiences will lead to curiosity and further exploration at home and in school.

    You can expect a lot of laughter and active play. One of the most exciting features is Nature Valley Water Amazements, so expect to get wet and consider bringing a change of clothes. Outside, expect a safe and secure place to run and interact with nature. 

    Our Curiosity Corner Store offers a variety of educational toys, books, kits and souvenirs to allow you to continue your Amazeum experience at home. 

  • What is the best way to dress for a visit to the Amazeum?

    The Amazeum encourages all guests to dress for active exploration! Your visit could include walking, climbing, bending, and water. We ask that guests keep their shoes on during their entire visit to ensure their safety while exploring indoors and outdoors at the Amazeum.

    Inappropriate Attire: The Amazeum is a family-friendly environment and ensuring that all families feel welcome is a core part of the Amazeum experience. In that spirit, we ask that you use discretion. The Amazeum reserves the right to ask any person wearing attire that is considered offensive or that could detract from the experience of other guests to modify or change that garment or leave the Amazeum.

  • Is the Amazeum sensory-friendly?

    The Amazeum is a place for everyone. We welcome and celebrate each individual as an essential part of the community of the Amazeum. Remember, the Amazeum can be loud, bright, and active. Be sure to bring any resources that may be helpful to keep you and your family comfortable. We have a limited supply of headphones, timers, and other items for check out at Guest Services.   • What are suitable ages for visiting?

    The exhibits are designed to promote imagination and creative thinking for children and families of all ages. There are two spaces dedicated for toddlers 2 and under. The majority of the spaces are designed with children ages 4-9 in mind. A series of learning spaces, known as Innovation Alley, including the 3M Tinkering Hub, the Art Studio, and Hershey's Lab offer deeper learning opportunities that can be enjoyed by older elementary and middle school-age students. The Amazeum offers a variety of educational programs for a range of audiences. 

    Children need an adult, 18 or over, to come and play.

  • Does the museum appeal to audiences other than young children and families?

    Yes, for businesses and organizations in the region, the Scott Family Amazeum features meeting spaces as well as spaces for corporate team-building exercises that encourage creativity and teamwork.

  • Can I bring drinks food and drinks to the museum?

    Food and drinks without a screw-top lid cannot be brought into the exhibit gallery. Food or drinks without a screw-top lid that you bring with you or purchase from the museum store, Curiosity Corner, may be enjoyed at the pavilion in our outdoor playscape, in the lobby, or in front of the museum.

  • May I have my child's birthday party at the museum?

    Yes! Birthday parties at the Amazeum are fun for the birthday child, their friends and adults. Discover the perfect birthday party for you!
