What We Offer

The Amazeum offers a variety of benefits to both full-time and part-time team members.

In addition to these benefits, you will enjoy a workplace environment which facilitates employee growth and learning within a 50,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility just minutes away from historic downtown Bentonville, Arkansas.

Full-Time Benefits

(30-40 hours per week)
  • All legally mandated benefits (such as Social Security and worker's compensation)
  • Vacation days based on length of service
  • 4 paid holidays, 5 floating holidays, and 6 sick days per calendar year
    • Vacation days and sick days are pro-rated based on date of hire
  • Paid maternity leave or paid parental leave
  • Bereavement leave
  • Paid Jury Duty leave
  • Family or medical leave (available after 12 months of continuous employment)
  • Medical and supplemental insurance after applicable service requirements are met
    • Health Insurance
    • Vision Insurance
    • Dental Insurance
    • Life Insurance
  • Participation in the Amazeum's retirement plan [401(k)] beginning the first quarter after completion of six months of continuous service

Part-Time Benefits

(20 hours or more per week)
  • All legally mandated benefits (such as Social Security and worker's compensation)
  • 4 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, and 6 sick days per calendar year
    • Vacation days and sick days are pro-rated based on date of hire
  • Bereavement leave
  • Paid Jury Duty leave
  • Participation in the Amazeum's retirement plan [401(k)] beginning the first quarter after completion of six months of continuous service
