If you would like the Scott Family Amazeum to donate to your cause or participate in your event, please read through the information below.
We receive lots of requests for donations and for participation in community and other events. We try to fulfill as many requests as possible.
The Amazeum is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
Often we are asked to donate items for silent auctions and other fundraisers. We are happy to fulfill requests of gift baskets* or daily admission tickets whenever possible. We do grant a limited number of requests each month and restrict our giving to 501(c)3 organizations as well as to schools.
Using this form, please tell us more about your organization and event.
Ensure that your request reaches us 6 weeks prior to your event. Each organization can make one request per calendar year. Requests are reviewed twice monthly.
Please note that we do not donate to individuals, political organizations or religious institutions. If you have any questions, you may email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please supply a copy of your determination letter indicating 501(c)3 status to email@example.com.
*Gift baskets must be picked up from the Amazeum during regular business hours.
The Scott Family Amazeum is proud to support and participate in community events and programs. Please complete this Participation Request Form so we know more about your organization and event.
By submitting this form, you are expressing interest in the Amazeum participating in your upcoming event/program. Completing this form does not reserve or confirm Amazeum's participation.
Requests must be received at least 5 weeks in advance of the event date.
The Amazeum will review requests on a bi-weekly basis, after which we will notify organizations on their request status.
