Spring Break

Spring Break Camp 2021

Escape Room Builder
March 22-26, 2021
9am - 3pm
Ages: 6-11
Fee: $260 Amazeum members/$310 non-member

You may have been to an escape room but have you ever BUILT one? During this week-long camp, we will go behind the scenes to explore what makes a great escape room. We'll learn how to create a story for our room, use science and engineering to make and set challenges, and even add tech elements for added drama! At the end of the week, we will use all we've learned to make our very own escape room for a test audience. It's your turn to say, "can you escape my room?".

In order to create a safe, healthy, interactive learning experience, new safety requirements apply while participating in Escape Room Builder. Each camp has limited capacity to allow children to physically distance during the camp. Each child will receive their own supplies and materials for added safety-no sharing required. Face coverings must be worn at all times and cover the nose and mouth. Campers and Amazeum educators are required to wear face coverings. Check out this FAQ for more details.
