Summer Camps

"You guys did a great job of making the best experience possible in a difficult situation with social distancing! Thank you." - Karen

"Zack has been loving camp this week!!  He’s been doing virtual camps each week and says this is one of his favorites." - Venetia

"I wanted to wait to see how Maddie's first virtual camp experience was going before signing her up for any others. She’s loving the “How to Train your Dragon” virtual camp! I appreciate all the work the Amazeum team has put into making virtual camp a fun and educational experience for the kids. It’s really wonderful!" - Delia

"We were nervous about the new format, but loved getting to see what he was working on each day. He had a blast, and even said he made some new friends!" - Adam's mom

Amazeum Summer Camps specialize in curiosity!

Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, we are concerned about the health and safety of everyone in our extended community. We prefer to explore and create together in person during Summer Camps but in order to support efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19, we invite you to join us for virtual summer camps in June and July! Our virtual camps will keep our community connected while giving campers opportunities to unleash their curiosity and creativity to explore and make new discoveries.

During a virtual Summer Camp, your campers will engage in a variety of unique, hands-on STEAM challenges and experiences from home. Camps will be a mixture of video calls with Amazeum educators and non screen time for making, discovering and exploring the activities.

Virtual camp registration fee includes a camp kit that is full of the supplies you’ll need for the camp activities. All you need to provide are the following supplies: computer or tablet capable of video calls, internet connection, scissors, markers, tape, and writing utensils.

It’s more important than ever to foster connections, so your camper will be with the same dedicated Amazeum educator and camper group all week. Each camp has two registration links to divide the campers into 2 squads of 10 campers. Each squad will be doing the same activities just in smaller virtual groups. We encourage siblings and friends to register through the same link so you will be grouped together for the video calls.

Additional details and a sample camp day agenda are available in this FAQ sheet

Advanced registration and payment are required to enroll in virtual summer camps.

If registering for multiple camps, the check out process is smoother if you load the camps in the cart and complete one transaction.
