I’ve learned that with every group of campers you have to try new things. You have to develop a relationship with them to facilitate how they best respond, because what works with one group is not necessarily going to work with another group. I've learned that every group is different and you have to modify and adjust. 

  

 

With every camper it’s a different relationship and different mode of learning. We have to cater to them and their needs. Some might need more free time or transition instructions, or they might be really focused on something and you gently have to edge them away from whatever they are stuck on. I think I’ve built relationship with a lot of different kids.
