Hands-on internships are part of the summer experience at the Amazeum. College students interested in education professions intern at the Amazeum to discover new methods and techniques as well as experience the power and possibilities of providing students with learning activities grounded in making and tinkering. 

Hey everyone! I am a senior at John Brown University studying Family and Human Services. This summer, I am super excited to be expanding my skill set by working with the Scott Family Amazeum as the Early Childhood Intern!

Hi! My name is Maggie Williams and I am going to be a sophomore at the University of Arkansas this fall. I am majoring in Human Development and Life Sciences to become a Child Life Specialist one day.

OK, OK, the cat's *almost* out of the bag - Northwest Arkansas is increasingly becoming a maker haven.

In the largest joint project ever launched by the world’s science centers and museums, Scott Family Amazeum will join more than 250 other institutions and hundreds of thousands of people on every inhabited continent to celebrate the first International Science Center & Science Museum Day (ISCSMD) on Thursday, November 10.
