Community Spotlight: Instrument Petting Zoo

  • Time: 10am-12pm
  • Date: Saturday, January 12, 2019

Think back, WAY back to when you took music lessons as a kid. You took violin lessons, but were also curious about the oboe. Now you and the kids have a chance to get your hands on Brass, String, Woodwind and Percussion instruments.

The Arkansas Philharmonic Orchestra's "Instrument Petting Zoo" is a direct interactive musical instrument education program.

It's an exhilarating way to inspire the whole family to play an instrument. Who knows, maybe it will spark a passion for the bassoon!
