Maker to Market is a one-day experience that will transform your economics and maker teaching practices. Maker to Market blends the growing interest in maker-based learning with the economics behind taking a product to market. You will explore maker techniques to utilize recycled materials followed by creating a product based on your new found knowledge. You will pitch your product idea and see how it performs in the market of workshop peers. Come discover classroom activities that address science and engineering practices as well as economic and entrepreneurial concepts.
