About the LEARNS Act & EFA

The Arkansas LEARNS Act, enacted in 2023, created the Education Freedom Account (EFA) program to provide families with funding for educational expenses outside traditional public schools. EFA funds can be used for private school tuition, curricula, tutoring, testing fees, technology, and educational supplies.

Educational Programs

  • Homeschool Adventures Series (ages 6-14): Register online for the series and submit your receipt through ClassWallet for reimbursement

Arizona - Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA)

Arizona's ESA program provides families with funds to pay for private school tuition, curricula, educational supplies, tutoring, and more. All students living in Arizona and eligible to enroll in a public school are eligible for the program.

New Hampshire - Education Freedom Accounts

New Hampshire's EFA program provides grants from the state for families to spend on their children's education, including tuition, tutoring, classes, online learning programs, educational supplies, and technology. Students must be 5-20 years old and entering K-12 grade.
