Mindful Making is centered around the healing practice of slowing down, focusing on the process rather than the product. Hands-on making activities are thematically tied to setting good intentions for the week and exploring universal themes that help us navigate life's ups and downs within a community of care. For 18+ year olds.

In mindfulness practices, this applies to the affect our actions have on others and the world around us. Learn stamp making with us as we observe the causes and effects that we choose in the workshop and in our lives. | |
December 17, 2023 | 1-3pm | Empathy: Needle Punch Art // Sewing circles have been around for centuries, combining making and conversation as a therapeutic outlet. Learn an easy and therapeutic form of embroidery and join in our sewing circle, where we will create and hold space for one another. |
