We’ve added a big benefit to the Premier Family membership, it now includes a FREE guest pass (formally known as the Flex Pass). This is a $30 savings and will allow you to name up to 6 members and bring a guest each time - or to allow any babysitter to bring your children to play.
We also simplified our membership levels by retiring the levels between our Family and Premier memberships. (Is this your level? Not to worry, your membership is intact and you can choose a different level when you renew.)

How long does a Membership last?
Your membership is active until the last day of the month one year from the date you join, i.e. if you join May 1, 2018 it will expire May 31, 2019.
Don't worry! We will send reminders when it's time to renew your membership.
Do I need to wait until I receive my card to visit?
No need to wait! Just bring your Member ID (on your e-receipt) and Photo ID. Don't know your Member ID? Ask a Guest Services for assistance when you come to play.
What a great gift! You can purchase these online or onsite and you can designate if we are mailing the membership package to you or the recipient. Here's more information on Gift Memberships. Gift memberships are active as soon as they are purchased and the recipient can use them before receiving their membership cards.
When will I receive my membership card?
You will receive your membership package typically within two weeks. Remember, no need to wait for your card to come visit.
Who should I list on my membership?
You may list grandparents, parents and children, up to 2 households, on each membership, up to the number in your membership level, i.e. the members named on your membership are the family members able to use this membership.
What about babies and children under the age of two?
Children under the age of two will be admitted at no charge and do not need to be listed on your membership - you will not need to add them to your membership until they are two when you renew.
Can my children visit without an adult?
Children need an adult, 18 or over, to come and play.
Do you have membership levels just for Grandparents?
Grandparents are welcome to join in on any level of membership. A membership can list an assortment of grandparents, parents and children, up to the number in your membership level.
Can I use my Amazeum membership at other museums?
Yes! Memberships at all levels enjoy free admission to more than 350 technology and science centers through the Association of Science and Technology Centers Passport Program (ASTC). In order to redeem these benefits, you must present your temporary membership card with the ASTC logo. Be sure to read program guidelines listed on the site.
Members at the Premier Family level and higher will also receive discounted admission to 200 children's museums through the Association of Childrens Museums Reciprocal Network (ACM) Be sure to read program guidelines listed on the site.
Can I put the membership in my child's name?
Membership cardholders must be at least 18 years old.
Do you sell memberships just for adults?
Family memberships are designed for adults and children to be frequent attendees of Amazeum; however, we will host adult only and adult friendly events at Amazeum.
Can I share a membership with my friend or other family members?
Memberships are non-transferable and meant to be used by your family. Amazeum is a nonprofit and depends on membership and admission support to continue providing an amazing experience for our community. We appreciate your support and understanding.
My family is moving, can I give my membership to someone else?
While memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, you can continue to use your reciprocal benefits for the remainder of your membership year.
