Educational Resources

The Scott Family Amazeum offers a variety of formal and informal learning opportunities. Of course, any visit will be amazing! For an overview of our learning opportunities, we encourage you to review our annual Program Guide. You can find information on our school group visits, known as Unfield Trips, below. We also offer programs for Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts, as well as early learners and their caregivers. Group visits, professional development and resources for homeschool families are available, too. Take advantage of everything your Amazeum has to offer!

Unfield Trip Resources

The Scott Family Amazeum adds a twist to the traditional school visit.  We call it the Unfield Trip! The Unfield Trip is an opportunity to provide a powerful, hands-on experience for students and teachers. The Educational Resources provided below were created to use the museum as a strong curricular connection to the classroom. In the museum, our skilled education team actively interact with students and chaperones to spark curiosity, and the discovery will naturally continue back in the classroom.

The Amazeum has developed specific elements to enhance the discovery process during an Unfield Trip. This year, the Amazeum is launching two new programs for Unfield Trips: Hershey’s Lab Workshops and Amazeum AIR (Amaze, Investigate, Relate).  Advanced registration is required for Unfield Trips and extra programs.

Scott Family Amazeum Unfield Trips made possible by a grant from the Walmart Foundation.
